What if I don't see what I want? What if I see something I like but want the item with a different gem stone or type of metal? How do I place an order? What methods of payment do you accept? Do I have to pay Sales Tax? Is Pricing in US dollars? How will my item be shipped? What if I am not completely satisfied? How do I return an item? QUESTION: What if I don't see what I want? No problem. Contact us and let us know, then we can either special order it for you or design a new piece. If a unique piece is what you are after, send us a sample picture of your idea or let Wade design a unique piece of jewelry just for you. QUESTION: What if I see something I like but would like the item in a different metal or with a different gem stone? Again, no problem. Just let us know and we will modify or if need be create the piece of jewelry to your specifications. QUESTION: How do I place an order? We accept orders by Phone, email or online. All items must be paid for in full prior to shipping. Once we receive your payment, the item will be shipped. For custom pieces we require a 50% deposit prior to the work beginning. Your payments can be done through PayPal. Please be advised that all of our terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. When placing email orders, please remember to provide us with your name, address and phone number. Almost all of the items shown are currently in stock, available for immediate delivery and we will process your order accordingly. QUESTION: What methods of payment do you accept? For your convenience, we use PayPal. You will be emailed a PayPal invoice when your order is processed. Sorry, no personal cheques. Business cheques are subject to 7 day clearance before orders are processed. All our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars, with US dollars showing as approximate. If paying by credit card, transactions are processed by us in Canadian currency. The applicable exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company at the time of transaction. Our website is backed by 128-bit security encryption to ensure the safe transmission of online orders. However, if you would rather not send your credit card information over the computer, you can have your order processed on the telephone by calling. All orders must be paid in full before being shipped. QUESTION: Do I have to pay Sales Tax? All Canadian orders are subject to 6% GST. By law, residents of British Columbia must also remit an additional 7% PST on any order. These charges are not included in the price listings and will be added to total order cost upon purchase. British Columbian businesses can apply for PST exemption. Please email us to set up a wholesale account if this is the case. American and other Internationally shipped orders are not subject to sales taxes, but may be subject to additional duty charges in their respective countries. Please email us for more information. QUESTION: Is Pricing in US dollars? Prices shown are estimates at suggested retail in CDN dollars at the shown gold market at the time of the order. As noted above, please be advised that all of our prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices shown may be adjusted without notice due to changing market conditions. QUESTION: How will my item be shipped? If the item you have chosen is in stock we will ship it to you with in 48 hours of receiving your deposit. For custom and out-of-stock items we will email you with the estimated time of completion and or arrival. Our main mode of shipping is Canada Post, which must be signed for at your billing address. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that someone is on hand to receive the order at the address given at the expected time of delivery. Shipping prices are included in our costs. We do not insure our items as this causes undo attention in the delivery system however insurance is optional and is $9 for every $100 of insured value. A quote can be provided to you via email. When requesting insured delivery please indicate what value you wish to insure your item for. The package will be shipped to your billing address. If you want to make changes, please provide this information upon placing the order. Please note that if you are paying with a credit card that most companies have insurance built into your purchase. Please refer to your credit card company for details. The delivery standard for Canada Post within Canada or USA is 6-7 business days, all International shipping is by quote, please email us with your location and we will provide you with more information. Please contact us if you would like to discuss alternate shipping options. We can courier on your account, or you can ask us for a quote. We package orders with care to avoid damage during shipment. QUESTION: What if I am not completely satisfied? We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If, within 14 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a refund of the purchase price. All products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by a 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds. QUESTION: How do I return an item? To return or exchange your purchase, please call or email us as soon as possible. We will then instruct you on how we would like you to ship the item back to us. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to send the items back to you at your expense if they have not been returned to us in proper condition. Once we receive your item in the original state, we will process your refund. Please note that earrings, custom orders, and or special requests are exceptions and are considered final sale. Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for jewelry that has been worn, altered in some way or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that are not in resalable condition, under our own discretion. Your money will be refunded to you via cheque or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges and insurance fees are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds are to be applied to any unpaid balances first. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for all returns from accounts that consistently abuse the return privilege. |
